Beware of Phone Scam...
JURY DUTY SCAM Be aware of phone calls from scammers claiming to be part of a Snohomish County Task Force and informing you that you have missed Jury Duty. They will claim you have a warrant and a fine you can pay to squash the warrant. Your red flag is you will be notified by mail of any jury duty prior to the date and they will instruct you not to contact the local sheriffs office. They will use a real sheriffs name and phone number. Do not pay them or give them any information. Contact your local law enforcement.
